International Front Desk Workshop
A two-day Workshop This Special Skills workshop is aimed at Reception and Security ('Front Desk') staff at major companies, hotels and conference centres who regularly receive international visitors. The Workshop goal is to train you to welcome and instruct these visitors in a friendly, helpful and highly professional manner - and also to be able to deny access to 'unwanted' visitors! This Workshop is based on the simulation of very realistic everyday Front Desk-Visitor interactions and situations. Parts of your performance and participations will be digitally recorded on video-camera for later playback and analysis by you, your fellow Workshop Participants and your W2W Trainer. 360° feedback techniques will be applied.
