Tom's outstanding natural ability to communicate ideas to diverse groups of people from a wide range of specialist and cultural backgrounds makes him a top Trainer.

Developing very good German language skills during his 14 years in Lower Saxony has also given him an excellent insight into the challenges learners face when getting to grips with a new language and culture (L2 and C2). Incidentally, Tom has good working Korean too!

Tom discovered his love for training many years ago, starting with the training of over 2,000 Military Policemen in the US Army in disciplines ranging from military justice to unarmed self-defence. Since then, his love for training has kept him active in a rich variety of business sectors, constantly striving to be the best there is.

Tom has lived and worked in several countries including the USA, Germany, Saudi Arabia and South Korea. These experiences have further developed his innate ability to communicate and bridge cultural differences in training. His ongoing professional involvement with managers and sales personnel from a wide range of cultural backgrounds enables Tom to train participants how to communicate confidently and effectively with their foreign business partners, whatever the cultural context may be.
