Our approach to language training for business

A key success factor for W2W is our ability to identify our corporate Clients' main business activities, processes and markets quickly. This knowledge enables us to design, implement and actively manage tailor-made language courses for your staff, taking your company's own business requirements and internal company culture into account.

The overriding goals of our 'in-house' Language Programmes are job-specific content and immediate transferability to the individual Participant's workplace.

Our job-specific language training concepts for Allianz, ExxonMobil and Germanischer Lloyd are just a few examples of this successful approach. Here at W2W we take each corporate Client's individual needs into account and don't simply implement 'off-the-peg', textbook-focused language courses. Nevertheless, you will find that professional and effective language training with W2W is not over-expensive.


Course languages available

English (UK or USA), Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Russian and German for Expatriates*

  • Extended courses for groups (6 months or longer, up to 8 Participants)
  • Short group courses (up to 6 months)
  • Short intensive courses for groups (30-90 hours of 60 minutes)
  • Also available as One-to-One training for managers (short intensive course or longer-term, as desired)

Excellent Trainers

All our Language Trainers are well-qualified and highly experienced native speakers of their training language, with years of experience in training international businesspeople. It is very important that our Trainers develop a stable, long-term working relationship with your company and get to know its business processes thoroughly: this enables our Trainers to respond as effectively as possible to your Participants' individual training needs.


Professional language level assessment

Your Participants' current active training language level is analysed by means of our FLASH© Placement Check and is confirmed by an informal follow-up interview with a W2W Senior Trainer (either at your offices or by telephone, as desired). These services are naturally free of charge for your company.

Language Training Programme administration

Your company's Personnel Department would like to ensure that your training budget is being used effectively and efficiently. On request we are able to provide you with monthly Participant attendance lists. For larger Language Programmes we can also produce a graphic representation (e.g. Excel or PowerPoint chart) twice a year that shows the overall attendance and language skills development of your course Participants, as well as the cost distribution per department. Just let us know how you would like us to support you.
